We connect people, start discussions and generate ideas to help provide solutions to challenges the industry faces. Events are a big part of how we do this.

COVID19 - Short term measures

In line with government advice, the OGTC is continuing to review its response to COVID-19, including guidance for employees, visitors and events.

We have already implemented a range of additional measures within the business – from sharing government advice and updating our travel policy, through to additional prevention e.g. hand sanitisers.

We are also embracing technology to maintain ‘business as usual’ where possible, taking steps to adapt our events programme. This includes:

• Tech20s – from the 6th March 2020, we will postpone our remaining Tech20s for the month of March. Registered attendees will be contacted directly and further details for April provided shortly. In the meantime, we are looking at a range of virtual technologies that will allow us to continue for April.

• Members workshops and events – attendees will be contacted directly to reconfirm arrangements, including opportunities to host these through a range of virtual technologies.

• All other activity – will be agreed and communicated directly by OGTC staff to external guests.
