A significant amount of production in the UKCS is lost due to wells shut in for integrity related issues, including compromised DHSVs.

Or ambition is to challenge DHSV design and operation, and develop innovative technologies to improve reliability, both by new product design and improved servicing and repair of older designs.

We invite individuals from operators, service companies and SMEs to help us explore the function of the DHSV and investigate how we can develop technologies to challenge the status quo. The output of the workshop will be shared with the participants, allowing integration into the technology development plans of the participating organisations.

Following on from the workshop, the Centre will further develop solutions to the identified challenges through research, development and operational trials.

The workshop will be held in the our newly launched Innovation Hub at our Queens Road facility.
